Patient Participation Group (PPG) Information

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a committee of patient volunteers who support and work with the Practice for the Practice.

The committee meet bi-monthly along with practice representatives to discuss matters arising and any areas for improvement. The PPG organised a patients’ questionnaire asking for views on the services provided and the surgery environments.  The analysis of the questionnaire highlighted some areas to be addressed, which were discussed and agreed with the PPG.  As a result of the survey the Practice has replaced the seating within its branch surgery; replaced the advertising screens at Danebridge with TVs; introduced self-check-in terminals; and has also provided high-rise chairs for each location.

Non-urgent advice: Share Views or Concerns
