Future Sandiway Engagement Sessions

Future Sandiway Engagement Sessions

As promised at the end of 2020, now that we have moved to the next phase of the vaccination programme, we have rearranged the Engagement Sessions which will support our application to the CCG’s Primary Care Commissioning Committee around the closure of Sandiway Practice.

To help us capture feedback and to ensure that these sessions are a suitable forum for all attendees to contribute we will be holding 4 sessions around the 4 main topics the Primary Care Commissioning Committee has asked us to focus on with 15 places available to those with an interest to attend on a first come basis.

These sessions will focus on the asks made of us by the Primary Care Committee in November 2020, you can see these in the attached letter to the practice from the committee.

As the attendee numbers for these sessions are controlled, we are posting this information so you are aware of the sessions, if you have an interest and would like to  attend these sessions, please see information below.    It is hoped that attendees will join the sessions to not only represent and share their own views but those of their wider network, enabling  a broad range of our community to have their say.

The approach for each of the sessions is outlined below and you can see how they clearly align to the remit of identifying solutions or mitigations to the issues that have been raised  as part of the application process:

Sandiway Engagement Sessions – 2021

  • Four engagement sessions each lasting 1 hour
